FRTA is a new ride-share service that will help residents travel more easily within Franklin County and the North Quabbin region by offering:

Version History Enhancements and Bug Fixes:
- Resolved issue where an error was displayed when when commas exist in the middle of street names.
- Updated Braintree SDK to 5.27+ & BraintreeDropIn SDK to 9.14.
- Updated messaging displayed when the app cannot reach the server to be more user-friendly. 4.3.14 06/26/2025 Bug fixes and improvements:
⁃ Updated the Terms of Service functionality to disable the “I agree” button until users have fully scrolled through the ToS.
⁃ Resolved issue that caused app to crash when adding or deleting a credit card, or when paying with a credit card during trip booking.
⁃ Improved usability of the device list display so that all mobility aid device options are displayed on one screen.
⁃ Resolved issue where dismissing the location permission alert sent eh user back to the Booking screen.
⁃ Resolved issue where an error message was periodically presented upon a user opening the app, causing the user to be unable to access their profile.
⁃ Updated app so that is available in portrait mode only. 4.3.12 04/08/2025 Bug Fix:
Resolved issue with biometric login where info was not being updated upon login. 4.3.7 03/12/2024 New features and improvements:
• Added dynamic font scaling to app to improve usability with increased text size and/or "zoomed" display settings turned on.

• Resolved issue where default device does not update when a different device is selected during trip booking.
